From the vinification in purity of 100% Chardonnay grapes grown exclusively within the company areas. The origin is the classic one, within the Franciacorta DOCG. The vineyards come from the plots that reside in the locality "Roccolo", "Clogna", "Carabioli", "Ronchi". The vinification involves a soft pressing of the grapes, and a subsequent fermentation in a thermo-conditioned stainless steel tank. The aging of the wine extends for 6 months in steel and stainless steel and French oak barriques.
