The Etna Bianco "Sentiero delle Gerle" is produced on the north-east side of the volcano by the famous Sicilian winery Mandrarossa. It is made with 100% Carricante grapes, the native vine of Etna. At the end of the harvest, the must is gently pressed and fermented in stainless steel tanks. Before bottling, the wine is stored in a steel tank for at least one year.
