From the traditional vinification of grapes from the Nebbiolo vine. The origin of the vines is the classic one of Piedmont, Barbaresco and Treiso area. Harvest by hand. Follows vinification in steel tanks. For at least 13/14 days maceration happens in contact with the skins with the soft wetting system of the "shower" cap at a temperature between 32 and 27 ° C. Malolactic fermentation in steel. Finally the refinement that develops for at least a minimum of 2 years: it ages for 18 months in large barrels before refining in the bottle.

A garnet red color. Scent is a continuous alternation of fruity notes and more spicy scents. The taste is delicate and full-bodied, very pleasant, almost silky. It closes with a persistent finish.
