Wine description
This Pinot Nero “Vigna i Cortini” from Castello di Neive winery based in Piedmont is produced from 100% Pinot Nero grapes. After the manual harvest which takes place at the end of September, the grapes are subjected to soft pressing and then the must matures in wood for 8 months in barriques and then continues to refine in glass.
