Wine description
From the careful and conscientious vinification of the Dolcetto grapes grown in the Piedmont. Following Chiarlo tradition, harvest happens by hand. Vinification involves fermentation in steel with maceration with the skins for 7/8 days at 27 - 28 ° C. Refinement develops for at least 3 months in steel.

A ruby red colour with brilliant purple reflections. The nose scent highlights vinous scents perfectly blended with notes of violet and almond. The taste in the mouth is light bodied, very fresh and perfectly balanced.
