This wine is produced with a single variety that is the symbol of excellence and quality in Tuscany: Sangiovese. The vines are trained on lands with south, south-east exposition, located between 180-500 meters above the sea level. The soils here are composed by clay, that gives minerality to the grapes, trained with unilateral cordon spur pruning. 5000 plants per hectare, that are between 18-25 years old, give around 50 quintals. Brunello di Montalcino DOCG is obtained with natural fermentation. The first aging is managed in French oak barrels for 38 months while the second one is developed in the bottle for 6 months. Excellent product for structure and quality.
