This Brunello di Montalcino from the Tuscan winery Tenuta di Collosorbo is produced according to the regulations with 100% Sangiovese grapes wisely selected and harvested exclusively by hand in the company's vineyards. After the harvest, the grapes ferment at a controlled temperature by macerating on the skins; subsequently they are transferred for 3 years in oak barrels of different sizes before the final reassembly. After bottling it continues for another 8 months of aging in the bottle before being sold.
Characteristics of this Tuscan wine
Upon organoleptic examination this wine shows an intense ruby red color; to the nose, olfactory notes appear ranging from fruity aromas to then finish on spicy tones. In the mouth it is robust, warm, with a long persistence.
