This is the most important product produced with 100% Nebbiolo grapes of the Plozza winery of Valtellina and it is the only IGT that can be aged up to 25 years old. A perfect union between tradition and modernity with toasted aromas perfect mixed with spicy ones. According to the experts, this wine can keep the fruity characteristic together with bitter and juicy hints. It is capturing like an Agatha Christie book and elegant like Sophia Lauren. A Nebbiolo wine more accessible than the one from Piedmont by keeping its strong character. Thanks to the bitter tannins, this Nebbiolo is almost perfect. An elegant wine with a strong and decided end.

It has a ruby red color. The smell has prune, cloves and pepper aromas. The smell is complex, aromatic, intriguing and seducing since the beginning. It has also prune, vanilla, cinnamon, apple and pepper aromas.
