Wine list | Rosazzo |
An excellent white wine by Livio Felluga with great structure, class and richness. It is a blend composed by Friulano, Pinot Blanc, Sauvignon, Malvasia and Ribolla Gialla and it praises The DOCG denomination. The vineyards are cultivated in the area of Rosazzo, in Friuli. They are trained with Guyot method on lands characterized by marls and sandstones of Eocenic origin. The wine-making considers the elimination of stalks and a brief period of cold maceration. After the soft pressing, the must is clarified through decanting. The fermentation is managed in steel at controlled temperature, with the use of local yeasts. After three days, the wine is poured into oak barrels where it ends the alcoholic fermentation. The bottling is planned in July.

Its deep and refined scent is characterized by fruity hints like loquat, apple, aromatic herbs, spices, mint, rosemary, anise, pink pepper, coriander, Muscat walnut, oleander and almond.
