From the vinification of Glera grapes for a minimum of 85%. The origin for this Cartizze from the Bisol winery is restricted to the 107 hectares of vineyards that wind up on a steep ridge, at an altitude of 300 meters above sea level and enjoy wonderful sun exposure as well as constant protection from cold currents.
