From the unusual vinification, for the areas of production of 100% pure Syrah grapes. The origin comes from a single vineyard planted 10 years ago in Loreto Aprutino, in the hinterland of Pescara, on clay soils with a strong sandy component located 350 meters above sea level. The harvest takes place at the end of September with the grapes at perfect ripeness. Vinification involves fermentation in stainless steel. It ages in French oak barrels for 12 months, in bottle for 12 months.
Characteristics of this red wine
The wine has an intense ruby red color with violet reflections. The nose is powerful, with immediate hints of red and dark ripe fruit, in which prevail plum and black cherry, remarkable spiciness and notes of sweet wood that we also find in the taste. The taste on the palate has a body of considerable size, soft and velvety, with round tannins and good acidity. In the finish, as well as wood flavors, the spices return. The persistence is good.
