Wine description
Donnafugata’s Spumante Brut Rosé is a wine of pleasing structure and finesse. It is a wonderful classic method, made from only Pinot Noir grapes grown in the high hills and aged 36 months on the lees.
Characteristics of this Spumante Rosè
Antique pink colour, with slightly orange reflections; fine and persistent perlage. The nose is immediately expressed with hints of strawberry, peach and bread crust. The palate is fresh, with good structure, with a nice savory vein and a good persistence.
Suggested pairings tasting this product of Donnafugata winery
Excellent in combination with shellfish and fish tartare, it also goes well with San Daniele ham. It is recommended to consume at a temperature of 10ºC in glass not very wide.
