From the vinification of 100% 100% Montepulciano grapes. The origin of the vines falls in the grounds of S. Martino sulla Marrucina, 440 mt - Ripa Teatina 250 mt - Colonnella 160 meters above sea level. The harvest takes place in the first week of October. The vinification involves the destemming followed by permanence on the skins at 28-30 C. for a few hours after racking and aging of 20 months in stainless steel. Pure flower must obtained from 100% Montepulciano grapes, fermented in steel without contact with the skins.
Characteristics of this rosè wine
The appearance has a cerasoil pink color with bright reflections. The nose expresses beautiful notes of cherry and rose petals. The taste is tasty, intense, balanced and pleasant.
