Wine description
Primitivo di Manduria DOC by Feudi di San Gregorio is produced with 100% Primitivo grapes with fermentation and aging in steel containers, in order to preserve the natural expression of the grapes. A red of territory, which brings in the glass the sun, energy and minerality typical of one of the most interesting denominations of southern Italy.
Characteristics of the Primitivo di Manduria di Feudi di San Gregorio
Deep and luminous ruby red. The nose is intense with hints of plum jam and raspberry, myrtle, thyme, vanilla. The mouthfeel is soft, persistent, with integrated tannins.
Serving suggestions tasting this Apulian red wine
Excellent with grilled red meats, game or braised. Serve at a temperature of 15ºC in the glass quite large.
