Wine description
From the vinification of grapes of native vines that form a Cuvée of dried grapes. The origin is that of San Lorenzo Isontino, near Gorizia. After the harvest the grapes are left to dry for a period of 120/130 days in a conditioned environment. Fermentation and maturation in new 225 liter French oak barrels. Followed by bottling and long aging in the bottle.
Passito Tal Luc Lis Neris’ features
A golden yellow colour. The perfume on the nose expresses an olfactory profile of rare richness: notes of apricots and peaches in alcohol, citrus fruits, vanilla, honey and ginger. In perfect balance between sweetness and minerality, it closes with a vibrant persistence finish.
