Nobile di Montepulciano DOCG , by Le Corbinie winery, is one of the best “nobile” in Italy. Grapes are harvested and selected and fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 26-28°C for 20 days. After fermentation, the wine is refined for 24 months in small oak barrels, then it will rest for a year at a controlled temperature in a cellar, after being bottled.
