In Trentino Alto Adige the natural features of the landscape express themselves in their wines, by giving them freshness and a precise profile. This Moscato Giallo produced with grapes coming from Vogelmeier vineyards, located in a little valley near Lago di Caldaro, represents perfectly this concept. Vinified in a dry version, this Moscato develops all its typical aromatic features. It astonishes the palate with a fresh return that fight against its sweet aromas. Moscato Giallo Vogelmeier is produced with single variety winemaking. Its grapes are cultivated near Lago di Caldaro and the aging lasts for 6 months. It’s a product that, due to its characteristics, is good and easy to drink.
Features of Moscato Giallo Alois Lageder
Light straw yellow, shiny, with pale green reflections. The perfume is aromatic and let its floral hints spread in the air. It recalls mature fruits with yellow pulp and shades of nutmeg. The taste is structured, with a good balance and a great persistence.
Recommended food pairings while tasting this white wine
Suitable for spicy recipes, typical of the oriental dishes. It should be drunk with grouper fillet with curry. It has to be served at 10° C in a high, wide wine glass that let the perfumes spread in the air.
