Moscadello di Montalcino DOC Vendemmia Tardiva from La Poderina Winery is produced exclusively with Moscato Bianco grapes according to the tradition. The clusters mature in the vineyard and then are manually harvested in several steps: only the ripest one are harvested. The must obtained from the pressing is then placed in steel tanks where alcoholic fermentation takes place at a temperature of 15-18°C. Once the alcoholic fermentation is over, the wine remains in refinement on the fine lees for a duration of 9 months.
