This Barbera with a refined and complex sip is born from pure Barbera grapes from the Municipality of Neive: the vineyards are exposed to the east-southwest on clay soils. After the grape harvest, the grapes proceed with traditional red winemaking, with temperature-controlled steel fermentation lasting 8 days during which repeated reassemblies are carried out. The maturation phase takes place for 24 months in oak wood with a further 12 months in bottle.
Features of this Barbera Dante Rivetti
It has an intense ruby red color with garnet reflections. The scent is rico, intense with fruity and slightly spicy notes. On the palate it is enveloping, soft, with great structure and balance and with a long persistence.

Excellent with dishes based on egg pasta, meats and cheeses. Serve at a temperature of 16-18°C
