The end, immediate: this white wine from the Piedmontese Winery Dante Rivetti enhances the freshness of the grape variety and the vocation of the area. It is born from pure Arneis grapes from the company vineyards of Neive, on sandy calcareous soils. The bunches are collected manually with subsequent white winemaking: fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled steel with final aging, also in steel, on the yeasts for a minimum period of 6 months and another 2 months in bottle.
Characteristics of this Piedmont wine
It has a straw yellow color with greenish notes and a fresh olfactory profile reminiscent of exotic fruit. On the palate it is broad, fresh, with excellent drinkability.
Recommended pairings with this Langhe Arneis by Dante Rivetti
Try it as an aperitif, with a charcuterie and cheese board, ricotta and spinach lasagna, and fish-based dishes. Serve at 8-10°C.
