Franciacorta Brut is born in the vineyards of the Tenuta La Montina located between Lake Iseo and the morainic amphitheater of Franciacorta, in the province of Brescia. This refined and prestigious Franciacorta is mainly produced with Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes. This Brut is the result of two different crushings. The first, soft through the vertical press marmonier, and the second with the classic lung presses. The wine then ages in the bottle for at least 24 months on the lees before being placed on the market. The vinification involves the use in blend of Chardonnay grapes for 85%, to which are added Pinot Noir grapes for 15%. The aging of the wine develops in bottle for at least 24 months on the lees.
