An uncommon rosé sparkling wine of great refinement, intriguing and tantalizing. Fresh and fragrant. Vinification is carried out starting from the precious and young grapes of the Lacrima di Morro d'Alba vine coming from the Morro d'Alba area, in the Marches region. Harvest takes happens at perfect ripeness, around the first week of September, by hand, in wooden boxes. Vinification happens naturally in white from the Lacrima grapes. The second fermentation takes place in autoclave with the Charmat method to preserve the freshness of the characteristic floral aromas of the grape. Finally, the refinement which lasts for 6 months in bottles.
Spumante Metodo Charmat’s features
This sparkling wine has a brilliant rose petal color. The foam is light with violet reflections, the perlage is fine, of medium intensity and good persistence. The scent is that of violets, wild roses, golden apples and notes of sage. The taste on the palate is dry, harmonious and fresh, with descriptors of currant and sweet almonds.

Excellent as an aperitif, with fried, shellfish and roasted fish or appetizers. The optimal serving temperature is 10°C.
