The classification is that of DOC Sicilia. The Firriato winery produces this sensational red wine with Frappato grapes. The origin is the classic one of the Agro di Trapani in the Baglio Sorìa Estate. The harvest is manual and takes place in the second ten days of September. For the vinification the traditional method is followed, with maceration of the skins, in thermo-controlled stainless steel tanks. The refinement of the wine takes place in stainless steel to preserve its richness.
