This excellent product belongs to the classic line of the Santa Margherita winery. This excellent wine is honored by the DOC certification. This winery was the first in Italy that vinified in white the rosé Pinot Grigio grapes. The grapes don’t have to stay in contact with the peels because they would acquire the rust color. After the soft pressing, the must has to ferment for 10-15 days at 18°C. After the fermentation the wine is kept at 15-16°C in steel tanks until the bottling time. This wine is produced with 100% Pinot Grigio grapes cultivated at 300 meters above the sea level. The soil is medium-bodied with fluvial origins. The cultivation is made with the typical Trento trellised method and French Guyot method. The grape harvest takes place during the first half of September.
