Vigne di Zamò's Picolit DOCG is produced with 100% Picolit grapes, grown in the company's vineyards in Rosazzo, Udine. After the harvest in mid-September, during which a careful selection of the best grapes is carried out, the grapes are left to dry for about 3 months: then they are de-stemmed and pressed. The product obtained is fermented in barriques, where it refines for 2 years before being decanted into oak. It is then bottled in the third year and in the fifth marketed.
