Wine description
From the vinification of Trebbiano d'Abruzzo DOC grapes. The origin is that of the Controlled Designation of Origin DOC Abruzzo, on the Teramo hills. The vinification requires that the grapes are pressed with the feet in wooden vats just like in the past, then left to ferment spontaneously in vitrified concrete tanks, where it will remain to refine for a few months.
Trebbiano d’Abruzzo DOC BIO Emidio Pepe’s features
A bright and slightly hazy straw yellow colour. The scent has notes of ripe white fruits, dried fruit, sunflowers and clay. The taste is dry, savory and full in the mouth, with a pleasantly imprecise drink.
