This Zamò Bianco comes from the blend of typical local vines such as Ribolla Gialla, Tocai Friulano, Riesling, Sauvignon or Pinot Grigio. The territory of origin is Friuli-Venezia Giulia, more precisely the town of Rosazzo. After the harvest which takes place in mid-September, the grapes are pressed and vinified separately in steel at a controlled temperature of 16-18°C. After 6 months of sur lies aging, the varieties undergo assembly and bottling. This white wine is fresh and fragrant, to be shared with friends in special moments.
