A DOC wine from the Maremma Toscana that embodies all the local tradition. The Cecchi winery produces this wine with 95% Merlot grapes of the blend, to which 5% Cabernet Franc grapes are added. The origin of the vineyards used lies in the heart of the Maremma Toscana, near Grosseto. The vinification takes place in red with cold pre-fermentation maceration. The traditional fermentation follows which extends for 15 days. Lastly, the aging of the wine.

On the organoleptic examination, Ciliegiolo di Toscana Cecchi shows an intense ruby red color enriched with violet reflections. The perfume has very clear, intense and well-defined aromas, which decline on mineral notes, accompanied by a well-defined fruit of cherry and plum. The taste is very solid, broad, with vibrant tannins that match the alcoholic component. Sapid, tasty, it has a crescendo finish.
