This red wine from Tuscany represents the maximum expression of the prestige and the respect for the territory and the tradition. The red Tuscany IGT is the most young and fruity wine produced with a blend of Sangiovese, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. After the fermentation the wine has to age in big French oak barrels. The blend makes this wine soft, smelly and ideal for every day meals. The denomination is the Rosso di Toscana. It can achieve a proof of 13,5% and the cultivation is located at 150-450 meters above the sea level. The cultivation is the cordon spur pruning or the double arched. The picking is manual and the vinification lasts 15 days in stainless steel tanks with indigenes yeasts. The aging takes place in big French oak barrels of 30-50 hl and in barrels of 350 liters followed by an aging period in bottle.
