From the vinification in purity of autochthonous grapes of Cannonau di Sardegna grape variety. The production area is that of the territory of the center of Sardinia. The harvest takes place during the first ten days of October. The vinification involves the maceration and periodic pumping over accompany the fermentation in steel for about 14 days, taking care to maintain the fermentative temperature always between 24 and 28 then C.
