The brand Corte Giara was founded in 1989 by an initiative of the family Allegrini to enhance this area of Valpolicella in order to offer winehigh-value, easier and more affordable, wines true to tradition with a more modern appeal. Bardolino DOC is a red wine Veronese. The grapes that give life to this wine are: 50% Corvina Veronese, 35% Rondinella and 15% Molinara; cultivated in Cavaion Veronese in the hills of Lake Garda. After fermentation for about 8/10 days, the wine is aged in stainless steel for 3 months and in bottle for 2 months.
Characteristics of Bardolino DOC wine
Its color is intense ruby red with violet hues. The aroma is fragrant, intense, with notes of wild berries and hints of pepper and rose hips. The palate is harmonious, dry and very drinkable.
