A wine from the renowned Cecchi winery able to represents the family tradition and promote it worldwide. Fruit of the vinification according to the Classic method of grapes in Blend of Sangiovese for 90%, to which are added other varieties of red berried grapes for 10% coming from native vineyards of the Chianti area of Tuscany. The origin of the vineyards lies in the Castellina in Chianti estate. The vinification involves the use of the traditional red method with controlled temperature. This is followed by the fermentation which develops for 18 days and finally the refinement of the wine which develops for a minimum of 2 months in the bottle.

This wine has an intense ruby red color tending to garnet with aging. The scent is fine on the nose. The taste is intense and persistent, its structure is wide and of great balance, of great harmony.
