The Brunello di Montalcino of Stubborn it is obtained, as per the disciplinary, with 100% Sangiovese grapes. The company is one of the few a Montalcino to own vineyards on the various slopes of the hill, which allows the winemaker to always create balanced wines regardless of the vintage. After the strictly manual harvest, it ferments on the skins at a controlled temperature for about ten days, and then goes into large barrels for 3 years; complete the refinement with another 6 months in the bottle.
Characteristics of Brunello di Montalcino Caparzo
Ruby red wine tending towards garnet; On the nose there are hints of small red fruits that end up with spicy and herbaceous tones. On the palate it has a good structure, harmonious and with good persistence.
