Descrizione del vino
Blanc de Morgex et de La Salle DOC is a white wine produced in Val D'Aosta by the Cave Mont Blanc winery, located between Morgex and La Salle. The vineyards reach an altitude of 1200 meters on the slopes of Mont Blanc and are the highest in Europe. The grape used in the production of this wine is 100% Prié Blanc. The refinement takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature.
Blanc de Morgex et de la Salle DOC Features
A pale straw yellow colour. The scent is elegant with notes of mountain flowers and sensations of sage. On the palate it is balanced with hints of rennet apple, good minerality and an almond aftertaste.
Suggested food pairings while tasting this Blanc de Morgex et de la Salle DOC
It is recommended to serve at a temperature of 8-10°C. Perfect with delicate appetizers, fish dishes and white meats.
