A sublime and very quality champagne. It is suitable to the most prestigious occasions. The denomination is the Champagne AOC. The wine is made by a blend of Pinot Noir 40%, Chardonnay 40% and Pinot Meunier 20% grapes. These must to mature in oak barrels and they come from the most important Cru of Champagne. Once in the barrels the Champagne Brut Premier Louis Roederer matures for 3 years in the cellar and further 6 months in bottle after the disgorging. This balanced point between youth and maturity, seduction and character and freshness and winy structure make the Champagne Brut Premier Louis Roederer a wide and structured wine which is also elegant, energetic and vibrating. The structure and persistence are winy. It is complete, complex, modern and powerful but always a classic.
