This Extra Brut Pure has the denomination AOC. It is a blend composed by Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay. It was produced for the first time in 2008 and it is still today the perfect representation of “balance”. It is sold only after at least 4 years maturation. The result is a fresh wine, rich and sweet.

A cuvee characterized by a gold yellow colour enriched by a refined and persistent perlage. Its classy perfume recalls rose, bread, yeast and citrus fruits. The taste is dynamic and fresh at the beginning, to become more mature, concentrated and deep after a while.
