This label of Cantina Ca' Marcanda comes from the union of an autochthonous vine, Vermentino, and a vine formerly planted the Viognier, which recalls the French incursions into the territory, especially for the particular wine vocation that this is able to express, this exceptional Tuscan white wine is born. The current two blend for 60% Vermentino and 40% Viognier respectively. The vineyards are set on a gentle slope with a view of the horizon on the Tyrrhenian coast, the vineyards of Vistamare enjoy a radiant brightness and the intoxicating sea breeze. The vinification involves the two varieties fermenting separately; Vermentino in steel tanks while Viognier in wood. The wine is then aged for 6 months in steel for Vermentino, in wood for Viognier and finally in the assembly. The Toscana Bianco IGT "Vistamare", as the name suggests, is inspired by the sea breeze, the sun and the summer of the Tuscan coast. Before blending, Vermentino ages in steel tanks while Viognier rests in oak barrels for six months. An interpretation of Tuscan white that combines freshness and softness, cheerful and light-hearted, but always of great quality.
