Red Angel Jermann

The vineyard born on Eocene soils in the Fortino Mount with a south-west exposition. There are used 100% of Pinot Nero grapes and there are 12 months of little barrels refinement and in French oak barrels too. It can be aged for 5 years.

Characteristics of the Red Angel wine

This Jermann wine of the Friuli tradition has a light ruby red color. The smell is wide and winy, harmonic and elegant. The taste is delicate, elegant, lovely and balanced.

Suggested pairings with this red wine Jermann

It is perfect with baked fish. It is delicate and it is good also with white truffle. It must be served at 16-18°C in a Ballon wine glass.
