Gewurztraminer Windegg DOP is one of the most renewed and demanded wines from Trentino Alto Adige. Cantina Brigl winery, with 700 years of tradition behind it, has always paid specific attention to the quality. It skillfully combines the ancient winery techniques with the most modern technology, in order to obtain the best results.
Characteristics of this Gewurztraminer "Windegg"
Straw almost golden yellow colour. Intense bouquet with clove, litchi and roses notes. Structured, noticeable and dry in taste.
Recommended pairings while tasting this Gewurztraminer DOP
It should be served in a medium-broad glass at a temperature of 11-13°C. It’s an excellent aperitif and it perfect to be paired with fish appetizers.
