Produced in full respect of nature in an organic regime and according to the concept of sustainability, this Franciacorta Dosaggio Zero from Villa Crespia winery comes from 100% Chardonnay grapes grown in the vineyards owned by the Muratori family. The traditional white vinification is followed by alcoholic fermentation in steel at a controlled temperature and maturation on the lees for about 7/8 months. Refinement, on the other hand, requires a stay in the bottle for at least 18 months.
Characteristics of this Franciacorta
On the organoleptic examination it is characterized by a straw yellow color and a persistent perlage. The olfactory bouquet opens on delicate hints of bread crust, white flowers and yellow pulp fruit. On the palate it is smooth, with a hint of flavor on the finish.
