Descrizione del vino
Produced with 100% Fiano grapes grown in the vineyards of Masseria Surani located in Salento, this wine owes its name to the very place where Masseria is located. The vinification process requires a fermentation of 15 days at a low temperature in steel tanks; the refinement instead requires a permanence in the bottle for 4 months.
