From the careful and respectful vinification of the local tradition, La Guardiense produces this sensational wine of 100% pure Falanghina grapes. Its origin is that of the Sannio area near Benevento, in the heart of Campania. Harvest takes place during the second half of September. Vinification foresees the cryo - maceration of the grapes at 8 ° C in reduction with following soft pressing, fermentation in stainless steel, for 20 days at a controlled and constant temperature. Aging takes place in Allier and Tronçais barriques for 12 months.
