The Etna Bianco Superiore di Barone di Villagrande is a wine obtained mainly with 90% Carricante grapes and 10% other native vines, grown in the vineyards of Milo, Catania, 700 meters above sea level. After the manual harvest, fermentation in steel and subsequent bottling after 10 months from harvest.

The organoleptic analysis of this Sicilian wine shows a pale straw yellow color, but bright and dense; the nose is dominated by floral and fruity notes, well harmonized with each other. In the mouth are intertwined sapidity and minerality in the finish.

This Sicilian white wine is perfect in combination with shellfish and raw fish, but also dishes with stronger flavors. It should be served at a temperature of 10ºC in a glass not very wide.
