From the vinification of grapes of Malvasia Bianca 60%, Trebbiano Toscano 40%. The origin is the classic one of Tuscany. Vinification: The grapes, once arrived in the rooms used for the vinification of Castellare di Castellina, are dried in a ventilated room, and then proceed with a long fermentation in oak barrels. Always in these containers the aging continues for about 60 months, at the end of which it is ready to be bottled.
Vin Santo di SAN NICCOLO' DOC's features
The appearance of the wine is amber and bright. The nose has notes of dried fruit, honey, caramel and candied fruit. The taste on the palate is enveloping and broad and gives a sensation of chestnut flour and with a long and pleasant finish.

Vinsanto combines perfectly with long-aged cheeses, blue cheeses and desserts. Drunk alone, it becomes a meditation wine. The optimal serving temperature is 14°C.
