Born from Cabernet Sauvignon grapes and a small part of Sangiovese, this Tuscan wine has its originsmin in a vineyard characterized by mixed-sandy soils and enjoys a certain prestige as the annual production is very limited. The harvest takes place towards the end of September and is followed by a fermentation phase in concrete vats at a controlled temperature for about ten days; followed by maceration on the skins for about 21 days and malolactic fermentation in barriques.
Characteristics of this Tuscan wine
Upon organoleptic examination this Tuscan red wine shows a very intense ruby red color; the nose is particularly striking with notes that refer to red berried fruits, balsamic notes and black pepper. On the palate it is elegant and characterized by soft tannins, with a long and persistent finish.

Excellent in combination with all meat dishes, especially the more structured ones. To be served in a large glass to favor oxygenation.
