The name VENTALE is inspired by the valley of "Diasi", characterized by strong ventilation, where the Santi winery is located. This wine represents Corvina in its most spontaneous expression; fragrant fruit and flavor to celebrate our return to origins. Ventale, celebration of our Valpolicella. The vines used for the vinification are mainly those of Corvina and Corvinone, to which a small percentage of Rondinella is added. The origin of the vineyards lies in the heart of the Veneto DOC certification. For the vinification, the must matures in oak, chestnut and cherry wood barrels, and then rests in the bottle for a further 6 months.
