The white wine Bianco Fumaio of the Banfi winery is a prestigious fresh and smelly wine suitable for the most important occasions. It is made with Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc grapes. The must ferments under temperature control at 15-16°C which keeps the natural freshness of the wine. In this way there is no malolactic fermentation.
