Wine description
The Traminer Aromatico of Azienda Agricola Livon was born in the vineyards of San Giovanni al Natisone, Friuli-Venezia Giulia. The vine used for the production of this wine is Traminer Aromatico, cultivated on alluvial soils. The harvest is done exclusively by hand in boxes, with cold maceration and subsequent cleaning of the must by decanting. It then goes to fermentation in steel tanks and the product remains to macerate in the same tanks for 5 months. Finally, the wine is bottled and aged in bottle.
Characteristics of this Traminer Aromatico
This Friulian wine has a light golden yellow color. The nose is intense, the taste in the mouth is soft and distinct.
