In Taurasi Aglianico finds its ideal territory, uncontaminated, volcanic, impenetrable. This territory is able to give life to a full and balanced wine. The denomination is that of Taurasi DOCG. The grapes used for the vinification of this Feudi di San Gregorio label are 100% Aglianico grapes. The alcoholic fermentation in the vinification process and the subsequent maceration of the grapes take place in steel tanks where the wine remains for about 3-4 weeks. Then the maturation develops for at least 18 months in French oak barrels of medium roasting. The final aging is raised for at least 9 months in bottle.
