This great label by Manincor is produced with 100% Schiava grapes, coming from the oldest vineyards located in Tatzenschrot and Keil. The cultivations are located 250 meters above the sea level,in Trentino, with a south exposition and a warm climate. Here the soils are characterized by clay, sands and limestone. “Pergola” training method. The spontaneous fermentation is managed in wooden barrel. 5 months aging on lees in oak exalt aromas and taste.
